Promotion
1.1 STELLAR Rewards (“the Promotion”) is run by Tarkett Ltd of 1 Dover Place, Ashford, Kent
1.2 The Promotion will run from 1st of September 2026 until further notice.
Eligibility Criteria
2.1 The Promotion is open to Tarkett Ltd. direct retail account holder customers located in Great Britain who register in accordance with Paragraph 3.1 below. Eligible customers will receive an email from Tarkett or receive an invite to take part in the Promotion from an authorised representative of Tarkett Ltd.
2.2 Regardless of whether an invitation to join the Promotion has been received, you will not be eligible if:
2.3 You are an employee or contractor of Tarkett Ltd. (or any of our subsidiaries and related companies) or their immediate family;
2.4 You are an employee or contractor of any supplier to Tarkett Ltd. (or any of our subsidiaries and related companies) that are connected directly or indirectly to this Promotion (including advertising agencies) or their immediately family;
2.5 You are in breach of any agreement with Tarkett Ltd. (or any of our subsidiaries and related companies);
2.6 You are under 18 years of age;
2.7 Any other person that Tarkett Ltd. decides to exclude at its sole discretion for any reason.
The Promotion
3.1 If you are an eligible customer and have received an invite from Tarkett Ltd., you can participate in the Promotion by registering at www.tarkett-stellarrewards.co.uk
3.2 Participants who have registered will be able to view their spend and available rewards and claim their rewards using the Website.
3.3 All Participants must be the business owner or have the business owner’s permission to receive a reward from Tarkett Ltd. on behalf of their business, and their registration must be approved by Tarkett Ltd. Please note that any reward will be addressed to the business owner and it is at the business owner’s discretion as to who within the business receives the reward and, therefore, it is essential that any person entering ensures the business owner is fully aware of the promotion before registering. By participating in the Tarkett Rewards initiative the customer accepts responsibility to distribute the vouchers amongst the relevant staff and to ensure compliance with any HMRC rules.
3.4. Participants may earn rewards by purchasing only specifically nominated Tarkett flooring products directly from Tarkett.
3.5 The value of rewards earned by a Participant will be visible via on the Website (once the Participant as logged onto their account).
3.6 Sales will be measured on invoiced sales volumes in square metres; any returns or non-deliveries will not count.
3.7 Rewards may not be issued where there are outstanding payments due from the Participant or relevant business. Participation in the initiative is subject to customers correct maintenance of the trading account & adherence to Tarkett Ltd terms of business.
3.8 The Promotion may be managed by fulfilment companies. Furthermore, rewards will be issued by third parties (such as Love2Shop) and, in such circumstances, shall be subject to their standard terms and conditions.
3.9 All rewards are subject to availability and shall be sent to the Participant’s Business address. The Participant is responsible for keeping their details updated.
3.9a All reward points are valid for 6 months.
3.10 Tarkett Ltd. reserves the right to change or substitute the rewards available at any time, at its own discretion. Tarkett reserve the right to amend or terminate this initiative at any time without prior notice.
3.11 If the Participant has any concerns with the reward once received, they should contact Appreciate Group within 24 hours of delivery.
General
4.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be supplemental to, and all purchases are, subject to Tarkett Ltd. standard terms and conditions of sale available at tarkett.co.uk
4.2 By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.
4.3 All decisions made by Tarkett Ltd. in respect of this Promotion shall be final. No appeal or correspondence will be entered in to.
4.4 Tarkett Ltd. reserves the right at any time to amend, delete or add to the Promotion Terms and Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion and without prior notice. For latest versions of these Terms and Conditions, please visit tarkett.co.uk
4.5 If any matters arising from this Promotion are not covered under the Terms and Conditions set out for this Promotion, they shall be determined solely by Tarkett Ltd..
4.6 For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Promotion period shall not entitle eligible customers to any claims or compensations whatsoever against Tarkett Ltd. for any and all losses and/or damages suffered or incurred by the eligible customers as a direct or indirect result of the said act of cancellation, termination, suspension or extension.
4.7 Tarkett Ltd. accepts no liability for system errors, technical failures, data loss or tax liability associated with this Promotion.
4.8 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude Tarkett Ltd. liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by Tarkett Ltd. negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) for any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for Tarkett Ltd. to exclude or limit liability.
4.9 Tarkett Ltd. shall not be responsible for, nor shall accept any liabilities whatsoever howsoever arising or suffered by the eligible customers resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion or rewards.
4.10 Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion may be shared with third-party fulfilment providers and will only be processed as set out in Tarkett Ltd. Privacy Policy https://www.tarkett.co.uk/content/privacy-policy
4.11 Participants responsible for the confidentiality of their username and password and the Participant shall immediately inform Tarkett Ltd. of any unauthorised access and are otherwise responsible for complying with Tarkett Ltd. website terms of use and/or Acceptable User Policy.
4.12 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Laws and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising from them.
Taxation and Legal Compliance
5.1 It is the sole responsibility of the invoiced company, as the beneficiary of the Reward Points and any rewards redeemed under the Tarkett Rewards Programme, to assess and comply with all applicable tax obligations, including but not limited to those set by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). This includes the responsibility to declare and, if necessary, pay taxes on the benefits received from the Programme.
5.2 Tarkett Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for the tax implications of participating in the Programme or for reporting any value received through the Programme to HMRC. The obligation to ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations rests entirely with the Participant and/or the invoiced company.
5.3 Participants are strongly advised to consult with their own tax advisors or contact HMRC directly to understand any tax implications that may arise from their participation in the Tarkett Rewards Programme.
5.4 By participating in the Programme, the invoiced company acknowledges and agrees that it is responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that may be due as a result of rewards earned or redeemed through the Programme. Tarkett Ltd. will not be liable for any failure on the part of the Participant and/or the invoiced company to comply with tax laws or regulations or to report or pay any taxes due.
